Shipping Policy – Silkenest

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping methods & rates
Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $7.90
Free Shipping: orders over $49 (after discounts, before tax).

Estimated delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier delays. Holidays and peak seasons can also extend delivery times.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you with a claim or replacement.
